Ard Bit is the artist project of Ard Janssen, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. As a composer, sound designer, and field recordist, he creates subtle and layered audio sculptures characterized by great detail. His work is born from a blend of free improvisation and systematic composition, focusing on minimalism and an unmistakable depth that defines his sound.
